Department of National Defence, Ottawa, ON – (Oct 2023 - Present), Contract

Product designer on the Canadian Army App, designing Interactive cross-platform portal to an array of loosely connected modules that aim to modernize select processes within the CA.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design efforts for the Digital Innovation feature, the key value is to enable users to share and contribute to the CA objectives by submitting ideas.
• Develop assets and components that improve the application as well as user's interactions to be production ready.
• Breaking down complex user interactions and journeys into smaller manageable pieces using Design Thinking.
